Our space blends intentional design with flexibility, making it ideal for: Team meetings or planning sessions Creative co-working days Client presentations or interviews Workshops, small networking mixers, or group brainstorming Content creation in our studio space The venue features multiple unique suites that can be rented together or individually based on your needs: The Lounge Suite - Cozy and beautifully styled with plush seating, perfect for small team huddles or relaxed work sessions. The Bar Suite - Equipped with a Sonos sound system, bar seating, and flexible table arrangements—ideal for workshops or collaborative meetings. Studio Suite: A versatile content space designed for photo shoots, podcasts, filming, or branding sessions. Layout & Amenities Private conference room (seats up to 10) Large open co-working lounge with communal tables and soft seating Free on-site parking in front and along the side of the building High-speed Wi-Fi Coffee & tea station Content creation studio (available upon request) Printer, whiteboard, and office supplies available upon request

At Golden BLK, we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained space for every guest. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Surface Sanitization: All high-touch surfaces—such as tables, chairs, doorknobs, and restrooms—are sanitized before and after each booking using EPA-approved disinfectants. Floor-to-Ceiling Refresh: Floors are vacuumed or mopped, and restrooms are restocked and disinfected daily. Air & Ambience Reset: We refresh the space between guests by ventilating each suite, resetting furniture layouts, and lightly scenting the space for a clean, inviting vibe. Trash Removal: All trash is removed and bins are relined after each event or work session. Shared Amenities Disinfected: Items like shared remotes, the iPad-controlled music system, and the coffee/tea station are wiped down thoroughly between bookings. We ask all guests to follow our clean-up checklist before departure to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness for everyone in our community.
