We are offering our upstairs studio space for rent. We typically use it to teach classes to our students and it is used during Sunday mornings for our business. However, we do leave the space vacant for the remainder of the Sunday and on every other day. We have a few bookings for the space for art day care or performing art productions. The space is equipped with a green screen backdrop, lights, television, fans, several seats, a desk, teacher's seat. We can equip the room with other items if need be but that will have to be arranged with the owner of the space during booking.
