Our cozy, creative studio is located in Mount Vernon, NY—just minutes from the Bronx and surrounded by plenty of local shops and restaurants. Metered street parking is available nearby for your convenience. Please Note: Your booking time includes setup and breakdown, so please plan accordingly. I’ll meet you at the front door to let you in and give you a quick tour before your session begins. The building houses other studios and a Hair Salon, so please be mindful of shared spaces. If you’re running late, please let me know—after 30 minutes, the session will need to be rescheduled. This is a self-serve studio, so I kindly ask that you clean up after your session and return the space to its original condition. A $30 cleaning fee will be applied if the space is left unclean. The studio includes two rooms: 🛋️ Room 1 – Styled with furniture, natural lighting, and props for lifestyle or creative shoots 📸 Room 2 – Open space/ Waiting room with natural lighting You're welcome to use both rooms freely during your booking! 🚫 NO SMOOKING ALLOWED 🎶 Music is welcome—just keep volume respectful during business hours Optional Add-Ons: – Seamless paper backdrops: $10 each (color options vary – inquire for availability or request custom colors 72 hours in advance) – Godox Strobe lights: $20 - Maternity Dresses are available for rent $65 - Maternity wraps are available for rent $35 - Newborn props are available for rent $65 Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Floors are swept and mopped, and studio equipment is wiped down and reset. We also air out the space between bookings to keep it feeling fresh and welcoming. While a general cleaning fee is included in your booking, we kindly ask that guests help us keep the studio in great shape by tidying up after their session—this includes throwing away trash, returning moved furniture or props, and taking all personal items with you. Our goal is to provide a clean and inspiring space for every creative project.
