The layout includes multiple themed areas, vintage props, and functional antiques, giving you creative flexibility to build scenes or host immersive experiences. PRIVATE EVENT POLICY All events hosted at GrayFox Studios must be private and invitation-only. Events open to the general public are strictly prohibited. No ticket sales at the door or public promotion implying open access is allowed. Guest access must be controlled via guest list, RSVP, or direct invitation. The booking party is responsible for managing entry and ensuring only invited guests attend. NO PUBLIC EVENTS / NO PROMOTERS Public events, ticketed events, or “open invite” gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Third-party promoters or event organizers advertising to the general public are not allowed. Any event marketed publicly (Eventbrite, social media open invites, etc.) without approval will result in: Immediate cancellation without refund, or Immediate shutdown if already in progress SECURITY & CONTROL The booking party must maintain full control of guest access at all times. GrayFox Studios reserves the right to require security personnel for larger private events. If capacity or control becomes an issue, the event may be stopped immediately.
