We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure a spotless and professional environment. Our cleaning process includes: High-touch surfaces (such as doorknobs, light switches, counters, and remotes) are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning agents. All floors, furniture, appliances, and bathroom surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. Fresh linens and towels (if applicable) are provided and laundered with high-heat sanitization. The apartment is well-ventilated between bookings to circulate fresh air. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for your convenience during your session. We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest—whether you're here for a production, shoot, or creative session.
