Parlor/Dining room features Crate and Barrel furniture seating 6-10, with white sofa, large sliding glass door and more windows facing west. Compact and cozy backyard with sofa, dining table, chairs, deck and knockoff Adirondack furniture. HIgh wall of Podocarpus hedge along engire backyard, with some grassy area. Potted and hanging plants create the decor. Upstairs has 3 bedroom, two of which are available for use with a unique long hallway - complete with cabinets and wall of windows facing west.

I expect the house to be left exactly as they found it, floors swept, any carpet vacuumed and surfaced (like dining tables and kitchen counters wiped down. Renter must supply own cleaning supplies.
