We thoughtfully created a space that is both beautiful and modular. It is an office space dedicated to hosting guests and clients to work or run workshops and events. This is a creative environment with a maker's studio equipped with state-of-the-art printers and supplies. We offer amenities such as beautiful restrooms for VIP guests, a fully stocked pantry, and a Mother's room for new moms. We strive for world-class service, where all events run smoothly. There are two VIP restrooms, larger restrooms located in the hallway, and all-gender restrooms. An on-site event team member will always be present to provide assistance throughout your booking if needed. We focus a great deal on experience design to ensure the best event for your guests. This means our events team will partner with you to fully support your event as creative partners to ensure a truly memorable experience Surrounded by Manhattan's most prestigious and expensive residential neighborhoods. What was once known as New York City's Printing District, the neighborhood has evolved into a true live-work-play destination and creative hub, home to numerous high-profile tenants in the technology (Google & Squarespace), advertising, media, and information industries, among others. We are a few blocks from the West 4th, Soho, Stonewall, The High-Line, and many more tourist attractions. We are one block from Maman, Trader Joe's, and excellent restaurants such as The Clam, Hudson Clearwater, Little Owl, and Emily.

Every night, our cleaning company cleans our entire floor. They handle the following nightly tasks: dusting sweeping & mopping vacuuming disinfecting restrooms cleaning dishes putting away food/drinks stocking all restroom supplies Remove trash and recycling disinfect all countertops
