We are two blocks from downtown Park City. Right on the Rail Trail and steps away from a skate park, the famed City Park, and on a coveted alley where we maintain esteemed Park Avenue location, but have privacy of lessened traffic and neighbor only parking. The house is a mixture of an updated historical Silver mining home in front with an addition that includes more bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. Everything is updated and comfy: A highlight of the home is that there are two living/family rooms: one downstairs and one upstairs.
