What activities work well in your space? Our versatile 700 sq. ft. studio is perfect for a variety of creative and professional uses, including headshot sessions, product photography, family portraits, maternity shoots, and content creation. It also works great for small meetings, workshops, auditions, table reads, production meetings, and private rough cut screenings. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space is set up as a photo studio by default, with defined zones including a seating area, desk space, and kitchen. It can be easily reconfigured to accommodate: 16 guests in a U-shape or classroom layout 20 guests in theater-style seating (Tables and chairs are provided.) Four high-top workbenches with electrical outlets Hair and makeup station with a vanity mirror Bathroom with a shower, sink and mirror Drive-up access with a rolling door makes load-in easy for props, furniture, or wardrobe. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Full kitchen area with fridge, microwave, 12-cup coffee pot, carafe, and hot/cold water cooler Complimentary coffee grounds and tea bags Reusable water cups and coffee mugs available Record player with a small vinyl collection (or bring your own!)
