Open Factory Floor Handcrafting Culinary Knives in NE Portland available for special events, tours, filming + bonus meeting room and parking lot

Our space is an active handcrafted culinary knife making factory making this an entirely unique venue to host events. We love working with brands and groups who share our love of craftsmanship and would enjoy an authentic working factory as the backdrop for their next event. We host various community events throughout the year for groups and companies that want to be inside a space where handcrafted products are being made - a very 'Portland artisan maker' experience! Our knife making team is in full production mode Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, but we can be flexible for the right events to take place during that time (ie. group tours and happy hours, etc.), as well as our team being filmed for 'Maker' type content creation - many of our processes produce visually exciting sparks! We can leave our knife-making equipment fully set up as it is on a normal production day within the factory space and provide tours for event attendees to enjoy during their event, or move our equipment to the sides to allow more space for the event. Our two large garage doors leading to our private parking lot create a great space for indoor-outdoor events. Networking events, company outings, educational classes, professional speaker panels, community gatherings, vendor markets, member bottle club pick-up parties (eg. wine, beer, whiskey clubs) and video shoots have all been successfully hosted in our space. We also have a large conference room with soundproofing that can be incorporated into an event as additional square footage, as a private set-up or break-out session, or dark-room studio.
