The Visionary Conference Room at VIDA Coworking floods with natural light, giving your team the kind of energizing environment that coffee alone can't provide — seating 6–8 comfortably for a more intimate working session than our larger boardroom onsite. A large TV with streaming (Chromecast and Apple direct connect) and a large whiteboard mean every idea gets captured and presented beautifully. Whether you're running a creative workshop, a brand shoot, or a leadership offsite, Visionary delivers the atmosphere to match your ambition. Guests are greeted by our front desk team on arrival, and have access to to our robust beverage service throughout their booking (drip coffee, hot tea, filtered water, kombucha + cold brew on tap and espresso drink), and the VIDA Cafe is on-site if anyone needs a snack or bite to keep the meeting fueled (Cafe items are paid separately). Plus printing, scanning, and copying if the meeting calls for it. The Visionary Conference Room is located at VIDA Coworking, a locally-owned coworking space designed to Make Life/Work for our members — and you're welcome to use the open coworking space before or after your reserved time (during our staffed hours of 9am–5pm).
