This space is naturally ideal for food-centered events and gatherings, but also caters well to workshops, clubs and photo/video shoots. The area for rent includes the indoor dining room, one restroom and a fenced outdoor yard. INDOOR SPACE - 1200sqft The dining room is primarily soft seating, featuring authentic vintage diner booths and glass tabletops displaying a range of Saint Pete and Florida memorabilia. One large wooden table with barstool seating sits in the center of the dining room (great for food and drink spreads). Along with the ample seating, there's also still plenty of breathing and mingling room in the space. Features a single restroom and water fountain. OUTDOOR SPACE - 800sqft The outdoor space is a cozy, fenced yard; mostly pea gravel, some grass. Features two picnic tables and a handful of bistro tables. Side yard back gate leads to the parking lot. LOCATION Pete's is right in the heart of St. Pete's Grand Central District, with a host of other local gems within walking distance, easy access to public transport, and downtown a quick 5-10 minute drive away.
