While the atmosphere is typically very chill, it’s important to note that we do not have full control over sound from neighboring tenants. Most days are quiet, but because the building is active, you may occasionally hear noise from other spaces. For the majority of productions this isn’t an issue, but if your project requires complete silence (such as sound recording or interviews), please keep this in mind when booking. In addition, because there are other tenants, we have to provide the same courtesy and keep the volume at a reasonable level.
