Our space blends professional production facilities with a whimsical, Instagram-worthy atmosphere, making it ideal for photoshoots, film productions, private events, workshops, and creative gatherings. At the heart of the studio is a 2,800 sq ft professional photography area, featuring a 30x25 ft white cyc wall and an electric paper backdrop system — perfect for high-end shoots, commercials, and large-scale productions. A 12 ft garage door allows vehicles, equipment, or set builds to move in with ease. Basic photography amenities such as stands, backdrop holders, and sandbags are included to support your production needs. The 900 sq ft Black Box studio offers a fully blacked-out, sound-deadened environment for video, music, or dramatic photography. The green room/lounge is equally versatile — use it to host clients, stage an intimate event, or transform it into a whimsical set piece. You’ll also find a private dressing room and two restrooms, making it easy to accommodate crews, guests, or event attendees. Every corner of Mini Box Studio is curated with creativity in mind — from professional setups to playful, Instagram-ready vignettes. The space is cleaned regularly prior to every rental. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas that allow guest access, including bathrooms and kitchens. Collect and clean all provided host amenities.
