🧼 How We Clean the Venue (Our Standard Process) At Universal Venue, we take pride in keeping the space spotless and guest-ready before every booking. After each event, our team follows a detailed cleaning routine to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. 🔹 Post-Event Cleaning Routine Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and replaced with fresh liners. Floors and tables are checked for leftover debris or spills. Surface Sanitizing: Tables, countertops, door handles, and frequently touched areas are disinfected. Kitchenette or prep surfaces (if used) are cleaned with food-safe sanitizer. Floor Care: Floors are swept and vacuumed thoroughly. Mopping is done using neutral-pH floor cleaner for a clean finish with no residue. Restroom Refresh: Toilets, sinks, and mirrors are cleaned and sanitized. Soap dispensers and paper products are restocked. Equipment Reset: Chairs, tables, and props are returned to their default layout. A/V equipment and lighting are checked for proper function. Final Touches: Air is refreshed using a light, neutral deodorizer. A quick walkthrough ensures everything is in perfect condition for the next guest. 🔹 Between Events Deep cleaning (including baseboards, vents, and windows) is performed weekly. The entire venue is professionally sanitized monthly to maintain hygiene standards.
