Peaceful Pond House is now available for photoshoots and small events. This 6500 sqft home has been carefully curated with designer furniture and high end styling pieces. The interior offers various backgrounds including two separate living rooms, dining area, kitchen, wallpapered bedrooms, playroom, home office and bathrooms. Over 2 acres of land, private pond with kayak, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, bbq island and seating areas, make this space the perfect backdrop for brands to showcase their products. **Rate listed is for low-impact Still Photography projects with a crew less than 15 people. We offer low-impact handheld video, and standard film rates. Please inquire about your project for correct rates. There is one open room used for HMU, wardrobe, and rest area. Provided in that space is seating. The entire property works as a hot set and is best suited for low-impact, still photo shoots with minimal equipment and crew. Use of the furniture is for talent only, however, we offer limited folding chairs, and outdoor seating for cast + crew.
