Perfect for music videos, fashion shoots, or content that calls for a strong visual edge. • The white room is bright and minimal, featuring wood flooring and a large window that fills the space with abundant natural sunlight. It’s ideal for portraits, lifestyle shoots, or clean, modern visuals. No props are provided, but you’re encouraged to bring your own to fully customize and bring your creative vision to life. Since the studio is located in an industrial office building, guests are asked to keep music at a reasonable volume out of respect for the surrounding tenants.

All bookings include a mandatory $50 cleaning fee to ensure the studio is maintained in top condition for every guest. Guests are still expected to bag and remove their trash, wipe down any surfaces used, and return furniture/equipment to its original position.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation. Les annulations effectuées moins de 7 jours avant l'heure de début de l'événement ne sont pas remboursables. En savoir plus
