Our 24-person Meeting Room is the largest in our Warrenville location - ideal for company-wide meetings, training sessions, and group presentations. The space features a full wall of windows for abundant natural light, multiple configuration options, a mobile monitor with HDMI hookup, and a large whiteboard.
High-speed Wi-Fi, wired Internet, and a free conference phone with unlimited US calling ensure smooth communication. Guests benefit from staffed reception, free parking, and complimentary coffee/tea service in our kitchen area. In-room beverage service and catering coordination available upon request.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Thorough Cleaning:
Surface Disinfection: All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and door handles, will be thoroughly disinfected using EPA-registered disinfectant.
High-Touch Areas: Particular attention will be paid to high-touch areas, such as light switches and remote controls.
Carpet Cleaning: Carpets will be vacuumed daily and professionally cleaned on a regular schedule.
Air Quality: HVAC systems will be maintained and air filters replaced as needed to ensure good air quality.
Sanitizing Supplies:
Hand sanitizer will be readily available for guests' use in common areas.
Ventilation:
When possible, meeting spaces will be ventilated with fresh air between bookings.
Additional Measures:
We encourage guests to maintain social distancing and practice good hygiene.
Sick guests are asked to reschedule their meetings.
By following these procedures, we're committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our guests.
