Single-Family Home in a Quiet Utah Neighborhood up Against the Mountains

History of the space We love to travel. Our home is filled with plants and pictures from our travels around the world. The orange walls remind me of our years living in Central America. We have a special passion for Latin America, but interest in novelty and seeing new places all over the world. Neighborhood details We live in a quiet suburban neighborhood, right up against the mountains. We have the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The streets have trees lining each house and there is a little river trail that goes along a lovely river and is surrounded by trees. Just down the street are a few parks and elementary school. Within a few minutes' drive there are fun restaurants and shops, grocery stores and a rec center. Logistics We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a front and backyard and a spacious 2 car garage.. The entire house can be accessible during the booking. There is seating for 8 people in the kitchen, but we have access to more tables and chairs if needed. The living room has seating for at least 6 people. There is a public transportation train that runs from the city north of us that connects to a bus system that brings within walking distance to our house. There is plenty of space in the street around our house for parking. Special rates associated with booking the space 15% off for the first 5 bookings.
