This is a special 100 year old industrial warehouse studio located in east downtown Houston. Located on the 4th floor of the building with only spiral stairs that lead the way (no elevators). Space has natural brick wall with plenty of natural lighting inside of the space! Has a cyc wall as well (: Please note that because we are a 100 year old building, at times the weather does affect the temperature inside the studio. While we do provide AC/fans/space heaters for your rental, we do recommend to plan accordingly.

SPACE STAYS IN HIGH STANDARDS TO STAY CLEAN SUCH AS NO SHOES ON WHITE FLOOR TO AVOID DIRT BEING INSIDE SPACE. THERE IS A HEAVY DUTY DOOR MAT TO HELP TAKE OFF MUD AND DIRT FROM SHOES. WE HAVE AIR PURIFIER WITH HEPA FILTER AS WELL INSIDE OF THE SPACE TO MAKE SURE GOOD AIR QUALITY IS INSIDE OF SPACE.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 24 heures avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les annulations de réservation soumises moins de 24 heures avant l'heure de début de l'événement ne sont pas remboursables. En savoir plus
