Our space is a 0.75 acre very quaint little homestead/mini farmstead, with a fire pit, Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens, and rabbits. Don’t worry! The animals live in a large shed and can be in their inside space or outside runs during your event. The beautiful Blackberry Creek meanders through the back of the yard, and provides relaxing moments with nature. This is a great space for a potluck picnic, casual pet & paint night, a graduation party, or shower. You can plan to have a food cart or two, you can grill your own food, or cater in. The yard has ample space for cornhole, ladder ball, a grass volleyball court, or bocce ball. All of these activities can be added onto your rental, or you can bring your own. We don’t serve alcohol, but guests over 21 can BYOB. We can provide a tent, tables, and chairs for up to 40 people. We can arrange for a dance floor, too, along with a moderate sound system and a DJ.
