Our weekend family cabin offers a unique blend of rustic charm, small-town warmth, and creative flexibility, set on 10 private acres just 15 minutes from Fall Creek Falls, 2 hours from Nashville, and right outside the quaint town of Pikeville, Tennessee. Inside, you’ll find a nearly complete handcrafted space with real wood floors, cozy cabin design, and plenty of character. The home is fully functional with a kitchen, bathroom, and living areas that can be staged and used just like your own home. While this is not an Airbnb rental, the cabin can accommodate production staff during extended shoots with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one completed shower), and a loft for additional sleeping or staging space. Outside, the rustic cabin exterior and expansive land provide a perfect backdrop for music videos, working scenes, commercials, or lifestyle shoots. With a mix of open fields and wooded areas, the property offers multiple looks and layouts for your production. One of the unique advantages of this space is its flexibility — no permitting is required, and we welcome temporary structures, set builds, and modifications as needed to bring your creative vision to life. The nearby town of Pikeville adds to the charm, offering a welcoming small-town atmosphere with local restaurants, shops, and essential services — ideal for crews needing easy access to meals and supplies. Our cleaning approach is flexible and based on the type of production and level of usage. To keep the cabin and property in good condition for all guests, we ask for the following: Please return furniture and items to their original positions after use Remove all personal belongings, trash, and production materials before departure Wipe down kitchen surfaces, tables, and counters if used for food prep Bathrooms should be left tidy; remove any crew-supplied toiletries or items Floors should be swept or lightly cleaned if excessive dirt, mud, or debris is tracked in Outdoor areas must be cleared of set pieces, props, or temporary structures unless otherwise arranged Heavy cleaning requirements (e.g., paint, special effects residue, large set builds) must be discussed in advance. We’ll handle a general post-use cleaning to reset the space, but productions are expected to leave the cabin and property in good condition.
