Its Victorian bones remain in place with bay windows, oak floors, and a terrace out front, now complemented by custom maple wall panels and soft curtains that conceal doors and windows. The result is a warm, versatile setting for both creative work and intimate gatherings. Tables and chairs can be set up as needed. Basement amenities: Two powder rooms, one change room with lockers, and a filtered water station. Features: Bay window seating, oak floors, integrated sound system with microphone, and a front patio terrace. Access: TTC nearby and parking available on the street or in local lots.
