Perry St Studios is an open concept century home one block from Whitby's famed downtown core. I operate this studio independently for my own use, but I wanted to open my doors and offer to people who are looking for a vibey space to write, record and produce their new material. Sometimes a change in scenery is all we need to get the creativity flowing. I have a large living room with ample natural light, outdoor space for the nicer days, and my studio is very well equipped with instruments and top of the line recording equipment. With amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc it gives many options for taking breaks between sessions to clear your mind. Comes with an engineer upon request.
