The chef’s kitchen features white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating, ideal for cooking content, tastings, or styled shoots. (Please note: guests must bring their own cookware, dishes, utensils, and ingredients; household kitchen items are not provided.) The adjacent dining area, with modern lighting and seating for four, is equally suited for small workshops, client meetings, or editorial shoots. With multiple styled spaces, convenient on-site parking, and a central location just minutes from downtown Orlando, this home is designed for creators, professionals, and small groups seeking a polished, distraction-free environment. We take pride in keeping the apartment spotless and guest-ready. After each booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches, remotes) are sanitized. Kitchen and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Fresh linens and towels are provided if used. Trash and recycling are removed after every booking. Furniture and décor are returned to their original placement, so the space is reset for the next guest. We allow buffer time between reservations to complete cleaning and to air out the space.
