"California Modern" 3800 sq ft Open Concept Ranch Home in Suburban Detroit

Our space is an open concept, California Modern style home. It's a ranch with an open, double island kitchen on the main level, a large family room with 14 foot ceilings, and 3 bedrooms including the master. Also on the main level is a study (currently being used as a playroom) a laundry room, mudroom, and two half baths. We also have an outdoor lanai with retractable screens and a gas fireplace with lounge and outdoor dining furniture. In the finished basement there is a bar, a TV area, some games (ping pong, air hockey), a wellness suite with sauna and workout equipment, and a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the main level, the kitchen has one island for seating and another for working. We have Thermador appliances, and a clean, modern aesthetic. In the living room, we have a large gas fireplace anchoring the room with concrete tile framing and floating cabinets with accent lighting on either side. This kitchen and living room space has been featured on Thornton and Grooms commercials in recent years. Our master bathroom has also been featured in advertising for Thornton and Grooms. It's a large, open concept bathroom with a large glass shower, high ceilings, standalone soaking tub, and double vanity with counter to ceiling statement mirrors. Our space is very open with a lot of good, natural light.
