Basic outdoor furniture and existing benches are included, but tables, décor, and additional chairs must be rented separately. Guests have two options for restroom access: 1. Add the Tiny House Suite — available as an optional add-on for $125 per hour total. Includes: Meeting/lounge area with TV and seating Kitchenette with sink, full refrigerator, and microwave Private bathroom and dressing room Wardrobe rack and indoor heating/AC (Ideal for meetings, wardrobe changes, and prep needs.) 2. Arrange a Portable Restroom Rental — we can assist by coordinating with our trusted local vendor. Guests are responsible for rental fees, delivery, and pickup scheduling. Additional add-ons such as luxury picnic setups, décor styling, and table rentals are available upon request.
