Our 1,200 sq ft media production studio is a dedicated, self-contained area within our warehouse, designed specifically for content creation. This booking includes access only to the studio background and lighting area, not the remainder of the warehouse. The space is ideal for: Video shoots Photography sessions Interviews Product shoots Social media and branded content Podcast/Studio shoots The studio features a flexible backdrop setup and controlled lighting environment, allowing creators to easily customize the look and feel of their shoot. The layout is open and adaptable, making it suitable for both solo creators and small production teams. **Please note this area is 1,200 sq, this does not include the full space. Area will be divided off. We ask you do not move any dividers, any and all guest in the space must respect these rules**

Cleaning the warehouse involves a systematic process to ensure safety and organization. Begins with removing large debris and clutter from floors and work areas. Then surfaces such as tabletops, chairs, and shelves are dusted and wiped down to eliminate dirt. Floors are then swept and power-washed depending on the level of grime. Trash is collected and properly disposed of and any hazardous materials are handled according to safety guidelines. Lastly inventory areas are reorganized if needed, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
