The indoor area comfortably hosts up to 100 guests and the outdoor area up to 40, making the space ideal for cocktail style gatherings, private dinners, corporate mixers, brand activations, workshops, wellness events, and content shoots. Layout and use: The main dining room features moveable tables and chairs for banquet, long table, classroom, or open standing layouts. The outdoor courtyard can be used for welcome drinks, breakouts, or additional dining. Service areas allow efficient food and beverage flow, and there is a small pass suitable for vendor load in. Unique features and amenities: In house catering focused on low carb cuisine with organic ingredients and gluten free friendly options, specialty barista coffee, signature desserts, Wi Fi, basic AV support, portable speakers, dimmable lighting, and on site staff. The venue transitions smoothly from daytime natural light to a cozy evening atmosphere. House rules and access: Catering is provided in house and alcohol must be purchased through the venue. Street friendly sound levels are required. Standard cleaning is included; an additional fee may apply for high impact use. Load in guidance provided for larger groups.

We reset and sanitize the venue between bookings. Dining tables, chairs, service counters, and high touch surfaces are wiped and disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, restrooms are cleaned and restocked, and rubbish is removed. Basic post‑event reset is included; please bag your waste and place it by the service area. Extra cleaning fees may apply for glitter, confetti, excessive spills, or heavy kitchen use. Linen, glassware, and kitchen areas are cleaned by staff per health standards.
