Our space is a bright, flexible 1,000 sq ft corner office located in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood — a few blocks from College Ave and less than a mile from the Rockridge BART station. Originally built in the early 1900s, this charming building was once the neighborhood grocery store (you can still imagine the cheese and salami hanging in the windows). Over the decades it’s been home to an architect’s practice, a yoga studio, and since 2018, our video production company. We designed the space with flexibility and clean aesthetics in mind. Think modern boutique office meets creative studio: wood floors, white furniture, high ceilings, and nearly all the desks and tables on wheels so you can easily reconfigure the layout. There’s a small kitchenette, a single restroom, and a coffee machine that makes a killer latte. The main wall is almost entirely windowed, filling the space with natural light — or, if you need full control, we’ve installed blackout curtains for complete darkness. We’ve hosted countless video and photo shoots here over the years, and the space works beautifully for product shoots, lifestyle content, small team meetings, creative brainstorms, and more. We also have paper seamless backdrops and, for an additional fee, access to grip and lighting gear if needed. Important Note for Shoots: This is not a sound stage. While the space is generally quiet, we do get occasional street noise which could impact sound-sensitive interviews. That said, we’ve captured great audio here by planning around it. Parking is easy, and freeway access is a breeze. Whether you’re a local creative or a team coming in from the city, it’s a super convenient East Bay location.
