The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, faucets, light switches, countertops, etc.) are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products. The bathroom and kitchen are deep-cleaned. Floors are mopped, and all trash is removed after every session. We use non-toxic cleaning agents whenever possible to maintain good air quality — ideal for musicians and podcasters. Guests are kindly asked to tidy up after use and return the space to its original condition.
