THIS LISTING IS FOR OUR UPSTAIRS LOFT, IT INCLUDES OUR ZEN ROOM, KITCHENETTE, AND PHOTO / FILM DEN Spaces here have been used for photoshoots, podcasting short form content, meetings, work sessions, photography, and selfies. Our house manager is ready to greet you and assist you if needed. FEATURES: Natural light and calming decor High-speed Wi-Fi Restroom facilities ❌Furniture can not be rearranged ❌No smoking of any kind ✔️ Free on-site parking for added convenience Please be ready to tell us what you will be utilizing the space for to make sure the day and hour chosen is a great fit for your needs. ✔️ONSITE MANAGER/SEMI PRIVATE HOUSE Manager and members who rent out rooms may be upstairs and downstairs working.
