Welcome to our Bauhaus-inspired creative studio — a minimal yet striking space designed for photographers seeking a clean, elevated aesthetic. Nestled in the heart of Vancouver, the studio features a soft-neutral palette with industrial textures, large windows for beautiful natural light, and curated furniture pieces that blend modernist utility with timeless design. We are two creatives (designer and photographer) who enjoy sharing our space with others however, this is our home, therefore we do take who we share the space with intentionally. Our building is old (~100 years) therefore, we try to eliminate the wear on the space by being conscious of bookings and group sizes. At this time, we are only booking photoshoots with small groups of people. The space is ideal for: + Portrait sessions + Product and brand photography + Creative content creation Key Features: + Natural light throughout the day + Moveable furniture for creative flexibility (With Permission) + Neutral walls and clean lines + Minimalist space with industrial accents + High ceilings + Maximum occupancy: 8 people Additional Details: Restricted areas: Office, I work from home. Cleaning Fee: $35 cleaning fee is accounted for in the hourly rate. Parking access: On street or paid out front if available. Booking Expectations: + Music allowed but please keep it respectful. Our building is naturally quiet. + No pets or children, the space is not child-proof. + Contract must be signed prior to booking date. + Space must be left the way you found it; just as you would expect your home to be :) + If you are sick or unwell, please get well at home. One of us is highly immune-compromised with Lupus.
