LUXE EVENT SPACE – CLOSING CHECKLIST Please complete before leaving your event. Cleaning supplies are located in Suite 200 (non–coffee shop side) inside the bathroom’s black cabinet. ✨ CLEAN UP ☐ Throw all trash away (use bins provided). ☐ Wipe down tables, counters, and bar area. ☐ Sweep up any crumbs or debris. ☐ Return all tables and chairs to where you found them. ☐ Check bathrooms for trash or personal items. 💡 LIGHTS & POWER ☐ Turn off all lights, including lamps and backroom lighting. ☐ Unplug personal items or rentals you brought in. 🔒 LOCK UP ☐ Make sure both Suite 200 and Suite 300 doors are locked. ☐ Return the key to the lockbox on the Suite 300 door. ☐ Double-check that all doors are closed and secured. 🅿️ PARKING LOT ☐ Make sure all guests and vendors have left. ☐ Pick up any trash outside the entrance. ⚠️ REMINDERS Cleaning supplies: Suite 200 bathroom, black cabinet.
