Important: The property rate of $75 an hour is the starting rate (events with up to 10 Individuals). The hourly rate of your booking is determined by the number of guests you're expecting. Please make sure you have reviewed your rate and quote before reaching out. Some bookings are eligible for discounts, so please reach out before sending your booking request. Bookings confirmed six or more weeks in advance are eligible for larger discounts. Also, if you have some flexibility with your event date, reach out and we'll Provide you with a discount based the days that are currently available - if your preferred date is already taken. A $150 Cleaning fee is included in the rate, but if you have less than 20 people the rate will be reduced to $100. Host Your Next Celebration in Style! Important to note, a property manager will be onsite located upstairs during all events in case guests need help with sound system or other issues. If you're hiring a DJ because you do not want the responsibility of curating a playlist - that's fine, but they must connect to the property's sound system. * The outdoor area includes a built-in sound system that provides music at a comfortable, enjoyable level—perfect for ambiance and conversation, but not designed for loud or amplified party-style music. We’ve created an environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and enjoy each other’s company without disruption.
