The production set includes 4 Areas: 1) The MCM Living Room: Tall ceilings about (15'); large smart TV; great ample use for moving around to film or photograph; ample natural light throughout different times of the day. Authentic estate mint condition furnishings. 2) The 'Golden Girls' tropical Florida Room features beautiful authentic bamboo bar from the 1960’s, and rattan side chairs, vintage decor, and a picturesque shaggy rug. 3) The third room is a vintage 1950s Audrey Hepburn inspired peachy pink Hollywood themed powder room featuring tropical wallpaper, Flamingo wall sconce, and restored tile and mirrored finishes & fixtures. 4) Outdoor Backyard: private yard, pea gravel, tropical setting The house is perfect for modern, to surf shack, glamour, tropical, casual or vintage themed photo shoots, campaigns, shorts, podcasts, music videos & more. 1-11 people: $0 extra charge 12 - 15 people: $50 extra charge per person.
