800 square foot railroad style apartment in a pre war apartment in Greenpoint Brooklyn with high ceilings, picture and crown molding, a newly renovated kitchen and backyard access. The apartment is railroad style with the living room and lounge with a working record player at the front of the apartment. The dining room is off the kitchen and has four matching chairs but can seat up to six people comfortably. The kitchen has been recently renovated with modern details including a Smeg fridge. There is wood floor, picture and crown molding throughout the apartment. Much of the modern artwork is by the homeowner and friends and can be cleared if needed. Most of the overhead lights and lamps are on Phillips Hue lighting system. Full access to the first floor apartment is available as part of the rental. Backyard space is also available and can be accessed through the basement. The apartment is on the first floor and is very close to McGlorlick Park. We're about a 15 minute walk to the G train and 20 minute walk to the L train and very close to the BQE. There are great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a grocery store (Met Food) nearby. The space is perfect for social content and photo shoots. My husband is an architect and artist and I work as an independent producer and we look forward to hosting your production!
