Welcome to Sawubona, a modern indoor/outdoor venue just two blocks from Venice Beach and five minutes from the Venice Pier. Nestled amongst the lively coastal streets, it’s designed for events that value connection, creativity, and community — from brand launches and workshops to intimate celebrations. The space features abundant natural light, lush greenery, and a seamless indoor layout ideal for both daytime gatherings and evening events. Whether you’re hosting a corporate mixer or a off-site workday, our flexible setup allows you to tailor the atmosphere to your event’s vision. There are several tables, whiteboards, a kitchen, a sink, and plenty of seating. Stair access only - no elevator. PARKING Four reserved on-site parking spaces are provided for renters. Additional free and metered street parking is available nearby, and metered parking is free after 6 PM.
