Other things to note Please note that while Cameron House is completely renovated, it still retains its historic charm. You may experience some creaking floors, longer wait times for hot water, or slightly longer cooling times. Additionally, the stairs to the lower level are steep, and there is a limited handrail, so please take caution. Child gates are available for the little ones Cameron House is in the heart of Old Town and you will see and hear people passing by often. Tourists often linger and sit on our bench in front of the home (Cameron House is also featured on some local tours). While Old Town get's pretty quiet by 11P, the master bedroom may hear the occasional laughter and conversation of the errant passerby.
