The Just Strategies Hub, located in the heart of Mount Airy at 6700 Germantown Avenue, is a flexible and welcoming co-working and community space designed for nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals. Our space is thoughtfully designed to support focus, collaboration, and connection — whether you need a quiet place to work, a team meeting space, or an inspiring venue for community gatherings. Housed in a beautifully restored historic building along Germantown Avenue, the Hub reflects Mount Airy’s rich legacy of civic engagement and community action. It was created by Just Strategies, a social impact consulting firm, to provide changemakers with an affordable, mission-aligned space to work, meet, and build together. Mount Airy is one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods, known for its tree-lined streets, historic charm, and strong sense of community. The Hub is surrounded by local cafés, restaurants, and small businesses, with easy access to public transportation and street parking nearby. Guests can take a short walk to explore nearby parks, grab coffee from a local shop, or enjoy the neighborhood’s relaxed, creative energy. The Hub features an open co-working area, private conference room, and flexible meeting and event spaces. Tables and chairs can be arranged to accommodate a variety of setups — from team meetings and workshops to small networking events. High-speed Wi-Fi, a projector, and a kitchenette are available for guest use.
