Our Indoor Venue Area 1 can accommodate whatever kind of event you’re looking to host. We supply a moveable stage, movable bar/food stations, and lighting and sound equipment. We have a dedicated VIP section, including dim lighting and tables to provide for your more exclusive guests. We have a moveable bar/food stand that can be placed inside for closer access for guests. Guests can also enjoy the attached restaurant and bar, providing convenient catering and beverage options that complement any type of event. We have two restrooms located inside the restaurant area, but portapotties are available, depending on the event. In the back of the warehouse, the large dock gate can be opened, to provide for a multi-space event, or whatever you have in mind. The outdoor area has a beer garden area, with a grassy floor, several benches, chairs, and tables, as well as two couches. We have another area that can be used for a children’s play area, or whatever you’d like to put there .Guests can also enjoy the attached restaurant and bar, providing convenient catering and beverage options that complement any type of event. We have two restrooms located inside the restaurant area, but for bigger events, portapotties are available. The Compound offers ample parking directly on Supply Ave and the surrounding streets, making parking easy for larger events. Depending on the size of the event, security guards will be positioned around to ensure a safe and smooth experience for all attendees. Because the venue is situated in a fully industrial zone, sound is never an issue. Music and production events can run at full energy without disturbance, all with the proper permits in place.

After the events, our cleaning crew comes in and cleans everything out. Floors are mopped, and all surfaces are disinfected. The restrooms are sanitized, and equipment is moved to return to normal or to prepare for coming events.
