Enjoy a beautiful and cozy workspace in the heart of Downtown Martinez! It has plenty of natural light, a comfy couch, desk/chair, armchair, two coffee tables, and a white noise machine for your convenience. Other amenities also include: nearby bathrooms, free coffee, and filtered water. There is free WIFI. If there is heavy winds or rain, we recommend you call ahead of time as sometimes the power will go out. You will have plenty of light, but for WIFI's sake. We ask that if you require the elevator and cannot take the stairs, we highly recommend calling ahead of time. If the power goes out on a windy/rainy day, the elevator will not work. You will of course receive a 100% refund. This space is ideal for remote work, Zoom calls, job interviews, and studying in a comfortable environment. 1–2 people are allowed; three with prior approval. The person who books this space MUST be the one that uses it. Please bring your ID, and the receptionist will check it when you arrive. If you message us your student ID number, we will send you an offer for a discount on your stay. Bring your student ID when you check in with the receptionist; she will compare the number given and unlock the door. Please see noise disclaimer below under house rules. Cleaning fee is 100% refundable once we see there is no major messes or damage to property. We will take a photo prior and after. We suggest you do too!
