KEY SPACES: THE SUMMIT LEVEL (Upstairs): A 700 sq ft Great Room with 15-ft vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a gourmet kitchen, and a wall of windows, perfect for intimate occasions, corporate retreats, cooking shows, podcasts and commercial productions. THE SKY SUITE: Soaring 15ft vaulted ceilings, 2 sided fireplace, double rain shower, soaking tub, 4K TV, and walkout access to the panoramic deck with 50-mile unobstructed view of the Denver Skyline. THE SKY DECK (Upstairs): A ~482 sq ft covered, heated deck with a firepit, hot tub, and direct access to: the garage via a roll top garage door (7ft H x 8ft W opening), the great room via 2 sets of double glass doors (each 6ft wide for large equipment), and the upper level Sky Suite. THE 6 PERSON MASSAGING HOT TUB: Premium placement on the Sky Deck for panoramic views of the sparkling Denver skyline, in a quite and serene neighborhood. THE BOH GARAGE: A 2+ car garage with an 8-ft roll-top pass through door for stair-free vendor and equipment load-in directly onto the sky deck. THE CLUB LEVEL (Downstairs): A ~1,000 sq ft lounge with a 14-ft black stone bar, dishwasher, and undercounter fridge & freezer + 87" 4K TV, perfect for a secondary set, green room, breakout space or crew lodgings. 3 suites (1K, 2Q) for overnight stays. THE CLUB PATIO (Downstairs): A ~ 900 sq ft covered lower deck with its own lounge and firepit with the same stunning view of the Denver Skyline. Our commitment to you is that every square foot of our private residence is professionally cleaned and meticulously inspected before your arrival. Following every single booking—whether it's a multi-day retreat, an evening gathering, or a production shoot—our professional cleaning team performs a comprehensive, deep-cleaning service utilizing a detailed checklist. Our cleaning protocol includes, but is not limited to: All High-Touch Surfaces: Every light switch, remote control, door handle, and flat surface is disinfected with high-grade, approved cleaning solutions. Gourmet Kitchen & Club Bar: The 15-ft white stone island, 14-ft black stone bar, all countertops, and sinks are scrubbed and sanitized. High-End Appliances: All appliances, including the Miele ovens, espresso machine, refrigerators, and stove tops, are degreased and sanitized inside and out. Luxury Bathrooms: All bathrooms are fully deep-cleaned. Toilets, vanities, showers, and tubs are disinfected to a professional hospitality-grade standard. Floors: All grey hardwood and tile floors are vacuumed and mopped. All carpets are thoroughly vacuumed. Lodging (For Overnight Stays): All linens for the 4 luxury bedroom suites (including the Sky Suite and Club Level bedrooms) are removed and laundered with high-temperature sanitation. All beds are freshly made with hotel-quality linens. Outdoor Spaces: All deck surfaces are swept, and all outdoor furniture and high-top tables are wiped down. The 6-person hot tub is chemically balanced, serviced, and skimmed before every use. Final Inspection: We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect and the residence is reset to its original, pristine condition, ready for you to arrive and focus on your objectives.
