SPACE DETAILS: • 800 Sq Ft – up to 30 people • Space is hidden within a functioning print store • 5 intimate seating areas: 3 in the main hall and 2 in our immersive rooms. Furniture is light and modular to work for you! We offer 3 x 6ft tables complimentary and you're welcome to bring any additional ones. • PARKING — Plenty of spaces in building parking lot. • AFTER HOUR RATES: — Our listed rate is during our open hours (9am-10pm) Between 11pm-1am the rate is $250/h • There are no windows in the space, which adds to the moody ambiance **Please Note: If the booking is scheduled during a weekday, this will not be a private booking as Envoy (the print shop) will be operating until 6pm and its staff may need access to back storage room** - There is a 2 Hour Minimum booking. - Cleaning fee per day: $50/Day + tax
