General house rules ✓ Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A designated smoking area is provided outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette ends in the bin provided. ✓ Eating and drinking are only permitted in the main kitchen. The only exception is staged eating or drinking as part of filming. ✓ All members of the production crew must bring a change of shoes. Changing facilities are available in the Cloakroom, located immediately to the right of the main entrance. ✓ Please take care to avoid any damage to the property during filming and while on site. ✓ Do not enter or film in any areas that are not highlighted in green on the floor plans. The house is occupied by residents (including children), so please respect their privacy. ✓ The lift may be used only for access to the basement, ground floor and second floor. ✓ Any major movement of furniture, installation of lighting or equipment, or any action that may pose a risk of damage must be agreed with the homeowner in advance. ✓ The production crew is expected to leave the house in the same condition as it was upon arrival. ✓ Wi-Fi, as well as access to speakers and the audio receiver (located in the pool area, dining room, lounge and master bedroom), will be made available during filming.
