We take pride in maintaining Crestknoll Retreat as a spotless, welcoming environment for every guest. After each event or photoshoot, our professional cleaning team completes a full property reset — including sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, refreshing restrooms, wiping down outdoor furniture, and ensuring the pool and garden areas are photo-ready. All event-related waste is bagged and removed, with recyclables processed separately. We ask guests to clear personal items and décor before departure; our team handles the rest. A standard $250 cleaning fee ensures every booking enjoys the same pristine, ready-to-shoot or host condition the moment they arrive.
