This 500 sq ft urban loft studio is designed with intention and creativity in mind, making it perfect for photoshoots, video projects, content creation, and small gatherings. The space features a versatile backdrop, a 4-in-1 couch, a sleek desk setup, and a bar area, offering multiple looks and settings within one booking. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating the ideal setting for fashion, lifestyle, or product shoots. For privacy and convenience, the studio includes a closed-off dressing area, seating options, and minimal yet stylish décor that adapts to your vision. A host will also be present on-site to assist as needed and ensure the space is used smoothly and respectfully.

At Lumi Haus, we take cleanliness and guest safety seriously to ensure every booking feels fresh, comfortable, and ready for creativity. After every session, we complete a full reset of the studio which includes: • Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, props, furniture, equipment) • Disinfecting seating areas, vanity, and lifestyle sets • Wiping down backdrops, mirrors, and accessories • Sweeping, mopping, and removing all trash between bookings • Refreshing fabrics such as throws, pillows, and soft props when used • Ensuring supplies and shared items like extension cords, table surfaces, and studio tools are clean and neatly restocked We maintain a strict no-food-on-sets rule to keep everything spotless for the next guest, and the entire space is cleaned thoroughly at the start and end of each day. Our goal is to make sure every guest walks into a space that feels new, sanitized, and camera-ready — always.
