The open floor plan allows teams to build the exact setup they need, from intimate layouts to full-scale productions. Layout & Usage The main floor features a large open hall with original timber construction, tall ceilings, and polished wood floors, giving the space a clean, adaptable canvas. A separate upstairs mezzanine offers additional room for staging, green rooms, breakout areas, or vendor prep. The patio adds an outdoor element that works well for cocktail hours, photo sessions, or fresh-air breaks during production. Two private suites are available for use during bookings—ideal for bridal parties, talent holding, interviews, or storage. Tables, chairs, and décor pieces can be arranged in several configurations depending on the needs of the event. Logistics Guests have access to the full main event floor, private suites, and the patio. Tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and buffet tables are included and can be arranged in advance or set up on-site. Load-in and load-out is simple with double-door entry and street-level access. Plenty of public parking surrounds the building, and the space supports both small teams and large groups. Special Rates Discounted rates may be available for weekday bookings, multi-day rentals, or nonprofit groups. Additional fees may apply for guest counts over standard capacity or for extended hours. Exact pricing will automatically adjust based on date and attendee count at checkout. Before Each Event All floors are swept and mopped (when applicable) High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, counters, light switches, and railings are wiped down. Bathrooms are refreshed and stocked. Furniture, tables, and chairs are checked and cleaned before being set out. Trash from previous events is removed, and the room is reset to a neutral layout. Our team handles the standard post-event cleaning that follows. After Each Booking The entire venue is reset for the next group. Floors are cleaned again to remove any debris. Bathrooms are sanitized and restocked. Any venue-provided décor or furniture is inspected and cleaned if needed. This process keeps the space consistent, presentable, and ready for events, shoots, and gatherings of all sizes.
