It is perfect for photo, video, and content shoots of all types. There is roughly 2.5 acres of maintained space to be used. Pricing varies depending on the use of space and cleaning needs. All inquiries must be reviewed before accepting to avoid double bookings. The main house features: - 3 single bedrooms with king beds - 1 - 4 queen bed bunk room - The bunk room features a group bathroom with 3 private shower stalls, 2 toilet rooms, dual vanity, and its own washer and dryer - 2 other full bathrooms - Large living room that ties into a fully equipped kitchen - Dining room for up to 10 - Also a laundry room with another washer and dryer combo - House comes fully equipped with supplies The back yard highlights: - 17,000 Gallon pool with hot tub (Hot tub heat free your control - pool heat $75/day) - Covered BBQ area - Propane fire pit - Turf game/lounge area - String lights to illuminate the beautiful oak trees through the backyard The gym is full of exercise equipment and a custom built sauna in the back.
