We are a fine art gallery and print shop in East Austin. The space has two rooms connected by a door. The first room- The art gallery is about 500 square feet and can fit about 20-30 people. The room has a record player, large desk, long bench, and a projector. The second room- the print shop is about 300 square feet. It includes a large work table. This can be a good staging room or set up room for an event. It includes an espresso machine and a refrigerator. The space works great for corporate meetings, art/cultural meetings, art classes, private events, private art show, art exhibitions, etc. Events can extend into the parking lot outside the front door with permission. We have a shared bathroom located a short walking distance from our front door. We share a parking lot with Monks Jazz Club. There are several nearby bars, restaurants, cafe, and a comedy club.
